“Life is fluid, flexible and ever-changing. We are constantly changing, but if we unconsciously keep choosing the same reactive patterns, then nothing appears to to vary for us. Lao Tzu said, “If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.”We can demand that others change – but really, it’s up to us. Once we change, everything else changes! Even if a specific situation doesn’t change within the way we might hope, then we discover we are not any longer suffering by it. And often, given enough time you will find, it does change. When we fully hook up with our Inner Being, or Source of Love and Awareness, often our troublesome situation may change even beyond what was hoped for, and we find ourself giving thanks for the “contrasting” situations in our life!”
