“As long as we continue to live as if we are what we do, what we have and what other people think about us, we will remain filled with judgments, opinion s, evaluations and condemnations. We will remain addicted to putting people and things in their ‘right’ place. We can spend our lives letting the world t ell us who we are. Same or insane. Heroes or victims. Letting history tell us how good or bad we are. Letting our past decide our future. We can’t go int o the past and use White-Out to erase any events; instead we have to find a way to use our story to help us heal and grow. And, just maybe, it’s our job to create something better.”
