“Real change is seldom a giant step. It is usually a small one. Small yet deeply real. We tend to hold fear and faith at the same time as we cross the bridge slowly. When we get to the other side, we have been transformed =not by the step itself =but by the willingness to stay open during the crossing. That’s what changes us =creating a space inside for a new way of being to emerge. This progress and change however is not always linear. I believe it can be circular in which you might come back around to the same issues until the lesson is learned =yet each time you come around, you’re stronger from the climb and have more clarity in your vision.”
