Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different. Enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes.(which it will) Being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way. (which it won’t) There is a perfection beyond what the unquestioned mind can know. You can count on it to take you wherever you need to be, when-ever you need to be there, and always exactly on time. The universe c an be cruel when it needs to be. It always explains later, though, when enough time has passed and you’re ready to hear it.” XO
