“I have a need to be enough, yet a terrible fear of standing fully in my power. Leaning into the unknown and trusting myself is where my practice lies every day. I am still learning. I choose to keep learning. I choose to keep digging in, to keep leveraging my vulnerability to bring me closer to love, not drive me away from it. What I don’t need in the midst of my struggle is shame for being human. When I choose to not meet shame with shame, I am able to fully hold space for myself and my fear. With this space I am able to cultivate an awareness and make choices. I often think of courage as some force to be reckoned with, when sometimes, the key to my awakening lives within the soft touch of ‘fear, I see you, I appreciate you, and I choose to be bold.’ ” XO
