“We don’t always have to be strong. Some- times our strength is in being vulnerable and we may need to fall apart to regroup. We all have days when we can’t push any harder, we can’t hold back self-doubt or cannot stop focusing on fear. There are even days when we can’t focus on being responsible. Sometimes we expose our tiredness, irritability, or anger. Those days are okay. Part of taking care of ourselves means we give ourselves permission to ‘fall apart’ when we need to. We do not have to be towers of strength for we are strong =we have proven that. Our strength will continue if we allow ourselves the courage to feel scared, weak and vulnerable. Today, allow yourself to be human and not feel guilty or punish yourself for those times when you do need to fall apart.” XO
